1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DopaSprint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DopaSprint is a productivity application designed for individuals with ADHD. The Service provides task management, sprint-based work sessions, brain dump capture, work logging, and AI-assisted features to help users manage their productivity.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Free & Paid Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier includes:

  • Up to 50 active tasks
  • 7-day work log history
  • Core sprint and task management features
  • Limited AI-assisted features

Paid Tier

Paid plans offer expanded limits, extended history, and additional features. Pricing and specific features of paid plans will be communicated separately and may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Impersonate another person or entity

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within DopaSprint (tasks, notes, work logs, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your content at any time.

7. AI-Generated Content

DopaSprint offers optional AI features (task breakdowns, nudges, work log analysis). AI-generated suggestions are provided as-is and should be reviewed by you before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep DopaSprint available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

DopaSprint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
