Automatically Collected Data

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, feature interactions, and session duration. No personally identifiable information is sent. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. If you decline or ignore the cookie consent prompt, no analytics data is collected.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies to ensure that your data is only accessible to you. No other user can view, modify, or access your personal data.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Free tier users may have limited access to historical data (e.g., 7-day work log history). You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication), under strict data processing agreements

  • _ga_*, Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.
